What does EOTEC manufacture?
EOTEC designs, manufactures, installs and services overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, process cranes, hoisting units and load attachments.

What capacities and spans can EOTEC supply?
Our overhead cranes cover safe working loads from 0.5 t to 100 t and single-bridge spans up to around 40 m. Larger capacities and special designs are engineered on request.
How long does a new crane project take?
Typical lead time is 8–14 weeks from approved drawings to installation, depending on capacity and specification. Installation on site usually takes a few days.
Do you service cranes from other manufacturers?
Yes. We inspect, maintain, repair and modernize cranes and hoists of most makes, including inverter, radio remote and control upgrades.
Is the site survey free?
Yes. Your site survey and quotation are free of charge.
Does EOTEC install and commission its cranes, or only supply them?
EOTEC installs and commissions its own cranes. Our teams handle runway alignment, erection, commissioning, load testing, CE documentation and operator training on your site. Keeping this work with the manufacturer means the people who calculated the crane also answer for how it runs, so you are not left between a crane supplier and a separate installer.
Can a small workstation crane be ordered from an overhead crane manufacturer?
Yes. Our range runs from compact workstation jibs, light crane systems and monorails up to 100-tonne process cranes. A lifting problem at one machine often does not call for a new bridge crane at all, and a jib can also take routine lifts away from the main crane. Describe the load and the workstation, and we will tell you which fits.
Can the crane, hoist and load attachment all come from one supplier?
Yes. EOTEC supplies hoisting units and load attachments as well as the crane itself. This helps because the attachment's own weight counts towards the load on the crane, and the hoist has to suit the same duty. When all three are specified together, capacity, headroom and duty can be checked as one system before fabrication starts.
What does EOTEC's 24/7 crane service line cover?
The service line covers breakdown support, inspections and original spare parts, including for cranes of most other makes. It is the number to call when a crane stops. Planned work such as preventive maintenance and inverter or radio retrofits is also part of our crane service, and it reduces how often that breakdown call is needed.
